We've designed a bunch of packages based around some of the more common website requirements. The packages can be tailored to meet individual needs, and the price adjusted up or down depending on whether features are added or removed.

We generally like 30% upfront to commence with the design work, 20% after approval of a design to begin coding, 20% for the refinement and any minor design changes as well as any required training in the use of the cms, and the remaining 30% on completion. Alternate payment plans can be worked out with individuals, not-for-profit and start up or small businesses.

Our hosting plans come in two types, "supported' and "unsupported". Supported hosting includes upgrades to Drupal if the website runs on it, updates to content if required and content provided, tech support and troubleshooting. Unsupported is cheaper, but doesn't have the aforementioned useful stuff, and the tech support is $40/hr or part thereof.

Static- 10 pages for $500

The "entry level" website. Think of it as an online brochure or really big business card. The content may not need to change much, it's a way of getting found on the internet by prospective customers who can then get in contact either by visiting a site or using the included contact form. The site can be written using a php template or just straight xhtml and css. Extra pages come at $10 per page. If a mailing list is required, an extra $50 buys an upgrade to using the Drupal CMS which makes for a pretty powerful mailing list manager, and also makes the site a lot easier to expand and grow in the future if necessary.

Hosted on 50Mb with 500Mb bandwidth for $30 (unsupported) or $50 (supported) per year.

Basic - from $3600

A nice simple package providing a blog, portfolio, photo album or a combination thereof, running on the powerful and almost infinitely extensible Drupal. The content can then be updated easily and we can take care of the back end.

Hosted on 1Gb with 1Gb bandwidth for $60 (unsupported) or $70 (supported) per year.

Community - from $7800

Forums, blogs (both individual and communal), access levels, privacy controls, other types of user submitted content, social networking, anything goes.

Hosted on 5Gb with 5Gb bandwidth for $90 (unsupported or $150 (supported) per year.

E-Commerce - from $13 050

Fully customised and customisable cart and online shop that can be made to look like or not look like other shopping cart CMSs.

Hosted on 5Gb quota with 5Gb bandwidth for $120 (unsupported) or $180 (supported) per year.
